As the new semester begins, we warmly welcome back our students and greet our new arrivals. With hope and opportunities ahead, we look forward to embracing new challenges and growth together.
To help you start the new school journey smoothly, we’ve prepared this guide. Please take a look.
ONE (School Start Date)

THREE (Registration Process)
- Returning to School by School Bus on March 6th
Step 1: Parents drop off students at the designated school bus pickup point as informed by the supervising teacher (the supervising teacher will contact parents one day in advance).
Step 2: Take the school bus back to school and arrive at the school bus parking area in Hailiang Education Park.
Step 3: Register your return-to-school information.
Step 4: Check into the dormitory with the assistance of volunteer teachers.
Step 5: Rest in the dormitory after 6:00 PM, supervised by dormitory teachers.
- Returning to School by Car on March 7th
Step 1: Arrive at the Middle Gate of Hailiang Education Park (please arrive between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM).
Step 2: Register your return-to-school information.
Step 3: Check into the dormitory with the assistance of volunteer teachers.
Step 4: Assemble in your class by 6:00 PM.
- Returning to School by Airplane on March 7th (Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport)
Step 1: Take the shuttle bus to school. Contact: 0086-575-89078413.
Step 2: Register your return-to-school information.
Step 3: Check into the dormitory with the assistance of volunteer teachers.
Step 4: Assemble in your class by 6:00 PM.
Step 5: On March 8th, the school will organize shopping for essentials. Details will be provided by the homeroom teacher.

Notes:
- Our school provides quilts, quilt covers, pillows, toothbrush cups, towels, water bottles, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and hair dryers.
- New students will receive uniforms, luggage, and an umbrella after school starts.
- Returning students, please bring your uniforms, school ID card, meal card, and any issued items.
- Avoid bringing large amounts of cash or valuable items to school.

The school provides textbooks and workbooks. Please bring your own stationery, notebooks, and folders.
