To all students of Hai Liang International School for Foreigners, this journey to Hailiang shares a practice trip. It’s more like an in-depth search for the “extended family.” The roaring production workshop and the smoky streets are not only vivid growth classrooms, but also vivid scenes to understand the strength of Hailiang and feel the warmth of home. Recently, the students walked into Hai Liang Co Ltd, and started a wonderful journey of exploration, understanding and belonging in the rhythm of machine operation and the warmth of neighborliness.

The faces and languages of different countries are intertwined with the pulse of Hailiang industry and the temperature of the community, sketching a warm picture of cross-cultural empathy, and making “Hailiang people” proud of their hearts.

The warm sunshine of winter covered the campus, and the bus carrying teachers and students was heading towards the Hai Liang Share Production Park in Diankou Town for the trip. The carriage was full of excitement and expectation.

Cars drive into the Hailiang joint venture production park, and the tidy modern factory is visible. Under the guidance of the staff, they changed their anti-static shoe covers and completed safety checks before entering the core production workshop.

As soon as you step into the workshop, the intelligent production line’s efficient operation instantly attracts everyone’s attention. The noisy crowd immediately quiets down, leaving only the movement of the mechanical arm and material transfer. The robot arm is like a flexible “big hand,” accurately completes scratching, machining and other operations.

When hearing Hai Liang high purity and high conductivity oxygen-free copper applied to the world’s top server heat dissipation scene, AI heat dissipation orders doubled year on year, everyone was amazed and asked questions.

Community Interviews: Understanding a Warm Chapter of Living Together

The workshop experience makes people feel Hailiang’s “hard power”, and the next interview with the Diankou community makes people feel the enterprise’s “warm temperature.” Teachers and students are shuttling through the streets with green tiles and white walls, the roadside shops are lively and orderly.

The simple sharing pieced together the picture of the symbiosis and prosperity of enterprises and local areas. “Good enterprises not only produce products, but also make towns better and people happier. Hailiang is such an enterprise. I am very proud to be a member here.”
