
BELT AND ROAD INTERNATIONAL TALENT PROGRAM
In May 2019, in response to the "Belt and Road Initiative," Hailiang Group launched the "Belt and Road International Talent Cultivation Program in China," fully funding students from Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and other countries to complete their studies from high school to doctoral level. This included internet celebrity Shali, talented students Chen Xiaolong and Yao Saijun, and "Little Teresa Teng" Tang Rulan.

YOUNG EAGLES SOARING HIGH ORPHAN EDUCATION PROGRAM
Since 2015, Hailiang Group has provided unconditional support—including living essentials and education—to orphans across 25 provinces. Long-term Commitment: Support continues until Master's degree graduation. Impact to Date: 300 orphans supported; 125 admitted to university or successfully employed. A journey from comprehensive care to professional independence.

TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR UNDERPRIVILEGED YOUTH
Hailiang Education provides high-quality education to gifted youth, with financial support extending up to doctoral studies. The program spans six years, covering 23 regions across China. Currently, 45 students are enrolled. Success Highlight: One student has been admitted to Tsinghua University's Yau Mathematical Sciences Talent Program.

AUTISM LIFESPAN SUPPORT PROJECT
Rising a Xing draws upon advanced rehabilitation concepts and technologies to provide a full life-cycle support system for individuals with intellectual disabilities, encompassing early rehabilitation, inclusive education, vocational training, employment support, and health and wellness services.

ZHEJIANG'S FIRST PRIVATELY RUN EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS FROM TIBET
Established on Sept 17, 2024, at Tianma Experimental School, this program marks a milestone in Hailiang's targeted assistance for Tibet. Key Achievements: Scale: Expanded from 30 to 213 students. Excellence: First graduating class averaged 663 in entrance exams. Impact: Top performers in Nagqu City and Sain District.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN OF MARTYRS AND HEROES
Launched on August 24, 2013, at Hailiang Education Park, this landmark program provides comprehensive support for the children of fallen heroes. Initial Enrollment: 5 children of martyrs from Zhejiang Province. Collaborative Care: The foundation provides financial aid, while Hailiang Education delivers top-tier instruction. This program officially opens a new chapter in charitable educational support.
